Having won the right to its own EU Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Stilton cheese can only be manufactured by Long Clawson and five other regional producers. Clawson has led the development and diversification of Stilton and its blended, white variants. We have assisted them continuously in the creation of designs for packaging and labelling for their unique brand, supermarkets’ own selections and for ranges sold in overseas markets.
